What the association has achieved so far
International events
Since it was established in 1991, the AGAH has held numerous national and international events on the concepts on human pharmacology, which were exceedingly successful and enjoy an excellent reputation because of their high academic level.

Cooperations and partner organisations
In Germany the AGAH is member of the Association of the Scientific Medical Societies in Germany (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Wissenschaftlichen Medizinischen Fachgesellschaften - AWMF) and is part of the German Pharm-Tox Summit.
AGAH is a founding member and co-initiator of EUFEMED, a combination of European specialist societies (AHPPI, AFPT - Le Club Phase 1 and BAPU) and associated members. EUFEMED is registered as a stakeholder of EMA and consequently contributes to the further development of European directives.
It cooperates with the American College of Clinical Pharmacology (ACCP).
Events and congresses
AGAH regularly holds training events in the qualification of study nurses and is leading in Germany.
AGAH participates in the creation of provisions or laws (e.g. writing the new versions of AMG and legal regulations) through events, information and cooperation.
Representatives of AGAH speak at international congresses on methodological and conceptional topics.
AGAH regularly publishes its activities and every event can also be seen retrospectively on the website.
